In 2000, Ian designed and built his first custom home. He fell in love with the process. However, it wasn’t until 2011 while Ian was designing the interior renovation of Brevard’s Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse, that he decided to enter the custom home business entirely. Drawing off of over 29 years experience previously as a Lighting & Scenic designer for the entertainment industry, he brings a very unique and often unconventional perspective to every project.
Ian lives in Rockledge with his wife Kristy and their Shih-tzu, Jackson. He is very active in the local Arts, often providing lighting design for productions at CVP and the King Center in Melbourne.
